Where are your servers?
Durham, North Carolina, on hardware we own. That means low latency to players and visitors across the US East Coast.
Are there contracts or setup fees?
No. Everything is month-to-month and you can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Paying annually saves about 10% on most plans.
Is bandwidth metered?
No — transfer is unmetered and there are no overage fees. Each VPS has a port speed of 100–500 Mbps, depending on its size.
How does the $10 sign-up credit work?
Add a card when you create your account — nothing is charged — and $10 of credit goes onto your balance. It comes off your first invoice automatically.
What uptime do you guarantee?
